Live ovr bug

basically i got a live ovr all player but in the national call it wont let me claim the top scout mission and now that were past the dead line i cant get the country profil banner because i cant get the top scout mission even though i got everything else, plus there's only five days left and i really want the profile banner, i cant provide that much proof but i have some screen shots of the funds your fisrts pick already claimed and i cant remember what player i got but i used him for training, I've tried everything restarting my phone clearing cache, and it won let me get it, pls help, EA pls help me theres only five days left in the worlds game
