Loading Match h2h big problem …

when i go to find a h2h match and it finds a match and it just loads to enter the match and it never does, and all my points are wasted on that match, disaster..........

When I start a h2h ranked match many time it sticks in loading screen and shows connecting to server, I was on champion III and now I am on legendary I, this bug is making me lose my interest in the game please help

    @c9o2h0iprog2 see the post above - if you are on android you need to regularly clear your device cache
