Im trying to fix it with custom Service but until now no progres we go true clear chase , reinstall,another device,update but nothing solve problem,

Same thing to me i can't even get 111 laliga mbappé but from what chatgpt said it's says that the game thinks you already revealed it 

EA acknowledged this issue last week and we were told to direct messageEA_Lanna​ with our User ID if shutting down the app, the device and clearing the cache all failed. None of them worked for me and I sent a message but have heard nothing back.

At this point we see errors and glitches popping up literally every week. It’s bad enough that EA can’t get their quality control right, but they’ve shown a total inability to fix the problems in real time. This TOTW is nearly expired and still we have no resolution to a glitch that’s nearly a week old.EA_Lanna​ if you’re reading this an update would be appreciated as most of us are now just assuming we’re going to get shut out of this TOTW.

Totally fair. My DM's have been lit up with folks passing on their UID's. 🙂 Thank you, everyone, for trying the steps first and then sharing the UIDs. While I haven't been able to respond to everyone one-on-one, please know, I have gotten your UID's to the Studio.  

My hope is that sharing the UID's from players like yourself, who are running into this, may help with their efforts to reproduce this.

My name is Alvin Simwa, i have had a problem with totw since last thursday, i want to get 111 mbappe from the totw, but still cant, my question is since we are getting a new update tomorrow, will it correct the totw issue, or no? And if not, how will get the 111 mbappe since it expires in 25days i think, *snip* this my fc mobile UID, please help if you can

At this point it doesn’t sound like it’s going to get fixed before this TOTW is history. Can the UID’s be used to simply give folks who experienced this problem some sort of compensation and we can all cross our fingers that it doesn’t become an ongoing issue in the new week?

I’m having same issue (again). TOTW players are invisible.

For anyone who missed it…EA_Lanna​ posted in a separate thread on this same topic last week and directed affected users to send a direct message with your User ID if you’re having this problem and the usual fixes (powering device off and clearing cache) don’t work. As noted below, EA is apparently trying to replicate the glitch in order to get to the bottom of it, but apparently hasn’t had any luck yet.

All of which is well and good, but it seems to me that we’re now into a new week and those of us who missed out on selecting players last week really ought to be receiving some sort of compensation. Honestly, I’d be perfectly Ok if they’d just send me one of the 108s from last week and deduct the applicable number of tokens, but just keep those of us affected unharmed by the glitch.

In a perfect world we could at least choose 1 player from that week (and if this week passes before it gets fixed, 1 from this week as well) so we can still get at least someone we wanted, but I highly doubt that's going to happen.
