Hello Support Team,
I am unable to log in to EA FC Mobile since this morning.
The game displays the following message:
“Login Failed. Please try again. Error Code: 0x00000001.”
I have confirmed that the game is updated to the latest version and have already tried restarting the app and my device, but the issue still persists.
Kindly investigate this issue and advise on how it can be resolved.

yesterday i want to play fc mobile i enter the game and when I want to log in I should press on (tap to play) when I press say log in (failed 0*00001) and i tried many things and talk to gemeni to help me and I couldn't know how to fix it on my phone i can't ,but on my pad android i can log in. I don't know why please fix it to me.

Hey there! Please double-check that the time, date, and region on your device are set correctly. If you changed your region, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Just make sure your account is linked first so your progress is saved.

Yesterday
I was trying to open FC mobile26 but it sent me a message saying we have failed to log_in.please try again.
0×00000001
I was taping to play but it sent the same message again and I was taping to play for a long time.
Please solve this problem!

I cannot log in for the past few months and it keeps saying LOGIN FAILED 0x00000001. i used to be able to play in my phone. I hope they fix it sooner or later.
