Login issue

When I tried to login in my new phone on ea account.I clicked ea account it redirected to ea account login page I filled all details I recieved code the I entered it then I clicked submit. It again started the game from the intro I repeated this step for 1 hou. It is frustrating.in fc mobile26

Hey there — which mobile browser are you currently using for opening the account verification on your device? Also, are you able to log in on the website using the same EA account details? Could you also try clearing the cache data for the app?
