Lost account

Hello, my original FC Mobile account linked to my Game Center profile was accidentally overwritten by a Level 1 account. I know my old account's UID. I have attached my official

Apple App Store

purchase receipt from Oct 21, 2026, showing Order ID <removed>

as absolute proof of my ownership. Please manually unbind the level 1 profile and restore my original UID back to my Game

Center account. Thank you.

    If you're hoping for account-related assistance with FC Mobile, it'd be best if you connect with our in-game customer support team with your User ID, as we don't have the tools to help here on the forums. Once you get in touch with an advisor, they should be able to look into recovering your initial account with you, or point you in the right direction otherwise.
