lost gift

Hello,

I claimed a reward in EA SPORTS FC Mobile at around 08:00–08:01 WIB.

There was a message in my inbox, but when I opened it, the message had no content. After I restarted the game, the message disappeared and my gems were gone.

I did not receive the reward, but the gems were deducted.

Please check my account transaction history and restore the missing gems.
