We're not able to make any changes to your account here via the forums, but if you've lost access to a mobile account you can follow these steps.
If your account was linked, you should be able to try restoring your progress with the steps above. If it was never linked however, unfortunately there's no way for that to be restored. Please give those steps a try to see what you're able to recover, thanks!
