Lost player

I had lost my neymar of 97 OVR and Messi of 98 OVR ..please give me my player back

Is there a chance that you used quick add in training or exchanges? The app may have used higher overall players. You can contact the support team in-game to check the logs.

I have contacted the game support but they don't done anything and I do not used them in training or exchanges or on anything . Give my player back
