Bug in h2h playing - cannot control my player

I have a problem in the fc mobile gameplay and in the h2h gameplay I cannot control my player in the game. Please this problem in my fc mobile account.

    • Does this happen in all matches, or only in H2H?
    • What connection are you using: Wi-Fi or mobile data?
    • What region are you playing from?
    • What exactly happens when you try to control your player?
    • Can you share a short video showing the issue?
