Missing Luka Modrić Reward After May 28 FC Mobile Update

Hello EA Team,

I am reporting a bug regarding the missing Luka Modrić reward after the May 28, 2026 FC Mobile update.

UID: (removed)

After updating the game and logging in, I only received 2000 gems and 5 million coins, but I did not receive the Luka Modrić player card reward.

I already tried restarting the game, restarting my device, clearing cache, checking inbox/events/store, confirming the game is fully updated, and logging in again. The issue still persists.

This issue has already been reported to EA Help multiple times and was escalated for investigation.

Please investigate and resolve the missing reward issue
