Major Bug: TOTW 26 Players Not Showing in Extra Time Token Exchange

I am facing a frustrating technical issue where none of my TOTW 26 players (including high OVR cards like Ronaldo and Bellingham) are appearing in the Extra Time Token Exchange, even though they meet all requirements.

I have already verified the following:

All players are UNLOCKED (No lock icon).

All players are REMOVED from all lineups (Active and Bench).

I am using the correct filters for Program: TOTW 26.

Despite these steps, the exchange list remains empty. This seems to be a database synchronization error or a specific glitch with TOTW 26 cards.

This is not the first time I've reported technical issues. The investigation should have started with the CPU logs I provided previously, but the case was closed instead. I hope the Dev team can actually look into the technical data now and fix this bug.

Attached is a video/screenshot showing my club full of these players while the exchange screen shows "No players available."

Fix this ASAP!

i still cannot see my totw and uefa prime players in ET exchange. but strangely i can see non-totw lower like ovr100 crouch?
EA please fix this bug asap thanks

Hello,
I’m facing a bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile (FC 26) related to the Exchange system.
I have a player that cannot be used in exchanges even though:
The player is NOT upgraded
NOT trained
NOT in any active lineup
NOT locked
Despite this, the game still blocks the player from being exchanged.
Please investigate this issue as it affects gameplay progress.

Players from Football Center doesn't show up in Extra Time Token: 07 Exchange considering that all players 99-117 OVR should be available.

Yes. A bit frustrating not being able to exchange them for tokens. Right now they are pretty much unusable except for training…
