MAJOR BUG: TOTY Midfielder Chapter!!! cannot claim rewards???

Dear EA, i have 5 TOTY midfielders in my reserves highlighted in yellow boxes. but i still cannot claim 1000 gems which requires only 4 TOTY midfielders? attach are my screen shots. EA please fix ...

Hi there — thanks for reaching out on the forums. Please note that Icons don’t count in this case, so make sure you’re counting the correct TOTY players.

    Dear Sir/mdm, thanks for quick updates.
    so now i know icons like LM hagi and CM kuyt are not TOTY Midfielders. They are Goalkeepers? what a good logical answer!!!
