Malen shard system glitch

Dear EA, in the newest update of FC Mobile, there was a glitch where the anniversary card of Malen cost 500 shards, but when trying to sell the card, it gave 1500 shards(during the glitch). Through this trick, a few players have gotten 100k or more shards, and this glitch was patched after 1 hour. So, through my request, and for the people who haven't gotten this, please give us well-balanced compensation to fix the situation.
