Manager Mode Formation Not Updating

When I change my manager mode formation from within the mode itself or from the Home Screen, it doesn’t actually change it in game. It stays on my previous formation. Also, if I use a custom tactic and switch it in game, I can’t revert to my custom tactic, it uses the existing default tactic I am on as the basis for the custom tactic.
