Manager mode needs major improvments

What happens when the bug occurs? Things are getting pretty bad for the manager mode! It is my favorite mode of game so I play it a lot. The issue with misplaced passing is so irritating that it is major bug! There is no tactic where I would instruct my players to pass to out. I am getting so annoyed with this! It happens like 10-15 times per game, not once or twice. Also, that passing is 10-15 times per game going directly to the opponent players. And opponent has that kind of problems. Also, adding more tactic options to Manager mode would make it more interesting and playable. Hope you will fix this asap!
