Market Error

Hello EA Support,

I bought Álvaro Carreras (LB, OVR 115) from the Market for 696,000,000 coins.

After I pressed “Claim”, the game had a network error.

Now the order is stuck in “Buying” status.

I cannot receive the player or cancel the order.

The coins are also not refunded.

Please help me complete the transaction or refund my coins.
