Market Pick 102-105 Bug (Got wrong player when claimed)

Platform:Android
What's your device's make and model? Samsung S23 FE
What's your device's firmware? UP1A.2310005.007.S711BXXU2CXCF
What is your game version? 28.0.05
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? a few hours ago i also got the same,my nick is ChyberPravda i was opening market pick 102 to 105 one of them is lev yashin d'or 105 and i choose him when im claiming on reward,what i got instead is cannavaro d'or 105 and not Lev Yashin please help,just refund cannavaro and give me my lev yashin back

    @Enes4338 I think the team is still trying to get to bottom of it - but with the Christmas period there will be a lot of people taking annual breaks - they should be back on deck next week though

    @EA_Pulsar Will you give Yashin? Enough, it's been 3 weeks! Someone say something. According to that, I will take Neuer for 450 points. If you will not give Yashin, let's keep Cannavaro Please do something now!

    @EA_Pulsar I don't want Yashin anymore. I bought Neuer. Keep Cannavaro and I'll use him. Thank you for not being interested.

    recently i have opened th 30k market pick in ea fc mobile where i got 105 YASHIN CARD, but my reward was not granted to my inbox 
    how can i get my reward its the only 105 card i got so far and still ea glitcth made me too lose
    i have even restarted the game , took some pictures for assurence 
    pls help with it ea sports
