Match Progression Bug

Subject: Ballon d’Or Event – Match Progression Bug

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing a progression bug in the Ballon d’Or event in FC Mobile.

I’ve completed the previous matches and all the required objectives. However, the next match remains locked, and the previous match continues to display a circular arrows icon instead of a green completion tick.

I’ve tried replaying the match approximately 10 times, winning every time and completing all the optional objectives, including scoring a hat-trick and achieving the required goal difference.

Despite this, the next match still won’t unlock.

This is preventing me from progressing through the Ballon d’Or event and claiming its rewards.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there’s a fix?

It is in the section of “The nominees” and the matches show up structured like a diamond.

    Hi there. Thank you for reporting this issue to us!

    We checked the match progression and confirmed that the quest currently requires players to complete both the required and optional objectives in The Nominees matches before it unlocks the next steps.

    Hola:

    Desde hace varios días tengo bloqueado el progreso del evento Balón de Oro, en el apartado «Los Nominados».

    He ganado el partido y cumplido tanto el objetivo obligatorio como los dos opcionales (hat-trick y diferencia de tres goles). Sin embargo, el encuentro sigue mostrando el símbolo de repetición y el siguiente permanece bloqueado.

    He repetido el partido sin conseguir avanzar.

    Solicito que revisen y desbloqueen mi progreso y que me concedan las fichas y recompensas que no pueda obtener como consecuencia de este fallo, antes de que finalice el evento.

    Adjunto capturas que acreditan el cumplimiento de los objetivos y el bloqueo persistente.
