Matchmaking Failed

Dear FC Mobile Support Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue I am experiencing with the Head to Head (H2H) mode. Whenever I tap the "Play" button to start a match, I get a "Matchmaking Failed" error message and cannot enter any game.
As a dedicated player who has invested significant real money into the game to build my team and purchase players, this situation is very frustrating and stressing me out. I am unable to play the main mode of the game that I have paid for.
Please look into my account a s soon as possible and resolve this matchmaking issue so I can resume playing.

    Hi there.  Welcome to our forums. Thanks for the report, and sorry to hear you're unable to get into H2H matches.
    A message like this can sometimes happen when something on the current connection or network is interfering with the game's connection to matchmaking. Could you please try the following and let us know what happens?

    • If you're currently using Wi-Fi, test H2H using mobile data or a mobile hotspot.
    • If possible, also try connecting to a completely different Wi-Fi network.
    • Fully close FC Mobile and restart your phone.
    • Restart your router, then reconnect and test again.
    • Make sure you're not using a VPN, Private DNS, ad blocker, or similar network-filtering service.
    • On Android, try clearing the FC Mobile cache and then launch the game again.
