Matchmaking fails everytime

Plz plz ea, hear me out. My matchmaking fails everytime I try to enter a division rivals match. I have try every possible ways to fix it from my side(Cache fix, Ping fix, Network Connection, etc.)But it's been extreme now. So, plz help me. I
