Message to EA about 200draft voucher

Subject: URGENT – Unfair Distribution of Draft Vouchers 

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the recent  rewards distribution in FC Mobile.

It has come to my attention that some players were mistakenly granted up to 200 Draft Vouchers due to a system error or bug. However, many players, including myself, did not receive anything at all. This creates a clear imbalance and unfair advantage that directly affects gameplay, matchmaking, and overall player experience.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially for active and loyal players who participate regularly but are now disadvantaged through no fault of their own.

I respectfully request that this issue be addressed as a matter of urgency. A fair resolution would be either:

* Removing the unintended rewards from affected accounts, or

* Granting equivalent compensation to all impacted players

Please ensure transparency on this matter and communicate clearly with the community regarding the steps being taken.
