Missing Card from 7,500 Gems Bundle Purchase

Hello EA Support Team,

 

On [17 Aug 2025], I purchased the 7,500 Gems Limited Offer F bundle in FC Mobile. According to the pack details, it guarantees:

 

1 × 103–111 OVR Ragnarok: After Daybreak Player

 

2 × Mixed Version Players (76–111 OVR)

 

2 × Base Players (65–74 OVR)

 

100,000 Coins

 

 

However, after my purchase, I only received 2 player cards instead of the guaranteed 3. The main card (103–111 OVR Ragnarok: After Daybreak Player) was missing.

 

  • My gems were deducted correctly (screenshot attached showing 3,822 gems left). 

 

Please investigate and restore the missing card to my account.

    2 things - 

    1 don’t post your user id in a public forum, it could allow someone to access your game account 

    2 contact customer service from the In-game settings menu and tell them you have missing rewards, they can then check your game logs and see what happened.

    dont mention the word bug or they will just send you here - it is unlikely to be a universal bug as there are no other reports - so “rewards not received” and they will check your account
