Missing FC Points After TOTY Box Lucky Draw

Hello EA Support Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding FC Points deduction in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

Before participating in the TOTY Box Lucky Draw event, I had 1014 FC Points in my account. I attempted the lucky draw once, which costs 500 FC Points.

However, after completing the draw, my remaining FC Points dropped to 14, which indicates that approximately 1000 FC Points were deducted instead of 500.

This does not match the stated cost of the event. I have attached a screenshot showing my current FC Points balance and the TOTY Box screen for reference.

Kindly assist me in checking my account transaction history and help recover the missing FC Points if this was a system error.
