Missing items
I just opened the game and I find out I don't have those points when you open the packs for Ballon dor packs I had more than 25 and now I only just have one this is my id number 803759260343373824

Did you get a 112+ card? If so, then it has reset as it's considered a "successful draw". Your screenshot also shows you the conditions/rules.
