Missing Jairzinho 114ovr

Hello EA FC Support Team,

I am contacting you because my Jairzinho 114 OVR card has disappeared from my player inventory. I recently wanted to use him in the exchange path to obtain the 118 OVR Jairzinho, and then continue to the 121 OVR Jairzinho, but I can no longer find the 114 OVR version in my players list.

I have carefully checked my inventory, reserves, and all available squads, but the player is not there. Because of this issue, I am unable to complete the exchange and continue progressing through the Jairzinho upgrade path.

Could you please investigate my account and help restore the missing 114 OVR Jairzinho or provide assistance so I can complete the exchange?

    5ipurxq5sv7i​ Have you recently completed any activities where the player might have been used, especially with Quick Add option?

    Hi. If a player item appears to be missing, it is often because it has been used somewhere in-game rather than disappearing. Perhaps in Player Training or an Exchange, especially if Auto Fill/ Quick Add was used. Please also check all of your active lineups, saved lineups, and substitute slots, just in case the player is still assigned to a squad. Thanks.
