Re: Unable to claim TOTS LA LIGA token E
Thursday 5th June - played all 3 matches in La Liga chapter in TOTS campaign, to get 30, 30, then 40 progress points to unlock the 100 ‘TOTS Token E’ to be spent daily to progress in this chapter. However, despite playing all 3 games, and not being able to replay any of these games, it only showed that i had gotten 70/100 La Liga progress points, so I was unable to unlock my 100 TOTS Token E for the day, so was unable to play this chapter for the day. Attached is proof of this issue and I was wondering if there was any way I can be compensated through general rewards that I therefore couldn’t unlock that day, or be compensated for my missing 100 TOTS Token E. Was also wondering if any other players have had this issue and if compensation can be given for those affected, as this has never happened to me before.
