Manager mode

I was FC Champion last season in manager mode,almost unbeaten maybe lost 3 matches and now i cant even win 1 because im constantly facing 121 ovr teams,beside this the script is disguisting.I mean you want to tell me that my player just passes the ball to the opponent randomly? because i cant beleive my 119 ovr player or my tactics are the problem like come on ea fix it
