Missing Menu Haptics and 4D Vibration Options on Infinix Note 50 Pro

Hello EA Team,

I would like to report a device optimization issue regarding the missing "Menu Haptics" and "In-Game Haptics" options on my device. The haptic feedback options are completely unavailable in my gameplay settings menu.

My device has very capable hardware to support this feature. Here are my exact device specifications:

• Device Model: Infinix Note 50 Pro

• Processor/Chipset: MediaTek Helio G100 / Dimensity 8350 Ultimate

• Screen Refresh Rate: 144Hz

• Game Version: Latest Version

I have already tried clearing the application cache and verifying my Android system haptic settings, but the menu is still locked and missing from the game.

It seems to be a device profiling/whitelist issue on EA's end for this newer Infinix model. Could the development team please look into this and optimize the Infinix Note 50 Pro combination for haptic support in the upcoming update?
