Missing Player - VIEIRA (OVR 113)

Hello EA Support,

My player Viera (OVR 113) has disappeared from my club without any reason. He was on my bench, and I am completely sure that I didn’t delete or exchange him. Could you please check my account and help me recover the missing player?

If this issue is caused by a bug, please fix it to prevent it from happening again.

Also, I submitted this request 1 day ago, but I haven’t received any response yet. I would really appreciate it if you could speed up the process, as this player is very important to my squad.
