Missing Player Item after Purchasing from Shards

Issue: Missing Player Item (Star Signings / Numero Event) Account UID: 498113450700537856

Details: I used my Star Shards to purchase the Numero Ousmane Dembele player item. The shards have been successfully deducted from my balance, and the event menu officially displays the Claimed check mark. However, the player card has completely failed to appear in my inventory or players list.

I have already completed all basic troubleshooting steps:

1. Cleared my game app cache and restarted my device.

2. Checked every single secondary squad, bench, and event lineup to ensure he isn't hidden or locked.

3. Waited past the initial server sync window.
