Missing Players After Opening Packs in FC Mobile

Hello,

 

I’m reaching out because I encountered an issue with my recent packs in the game. Yesterday, I opened a pack from the Ballon d’Or promotion and received Bobby Charlton, rated 113, but he is not appearing in my club or my team. Additionally, this morning, I opened another pack from the same promotion and got Rice, rated 108, but he also does not appear in my club.

 

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Raise a ticket via the in-game menu with the EA service desk, make sure that you mention missing content in the subject. Forums cannot help with missing items.
