Missing purchased UTOTS player

I exchanged 3 UTOTS players today (Kane, Rice, Marcos Llorente) but in my club page only Kane and Rice appear while Marcos Llorente is missing. How to fix this bug?

    The only solution is to contact customer support for missing rewards  but they are of no help.

    I have experienced the same thing,I bought vithina and demarco but only received demarco.i don't know how to fix this,i really wanted vithina
