Missing quest rewards

Hello EA,

There is a glitch in my game. The quest says I will get 2000 gems if I train all players to level 25. I have already done that, but the reward is not coming and the quest is still showing as incomplete.

I have attached a video to show that all my players are trained to level 25.

Instead of the 2000 gems, I kindly request 1500 Ragnarok shards as compensation.
