I contacted them but they said to post it here and ur saying to talk to them, im getting kinda mad what kinda game is this its very easy thing just check ur game and give me my reward or refund my money and gem..
- @932223725 Here you can maybe get help for bugs. If you write to customer support and note a bug you'll get forwarded here. If you note missing content they should check the logs.
Since you're kinda mad, you can check other posts on AHQ by yourself. Players already reported the same thing and got some answers but no solution.

I've been dealing with this for about a week now and getting absolutely nowhere, they domt want to seem to sort it out. I've got I'm contact so many times and all they are saying is they are looking into the matter... it shouldn't be hard especially now theyve had my user ID so surely it's something that should be a quick fix. If they dont sort it I'm leaving this game, daylight robbery imho
Did anyone get this issue sorted or are they still non the wiser as to what's going on? Feeling pretty mugged off after spending my own money on this game, this has been a sign to never put money on this game again. EA please sort this out fast
