Purchase error 20005. Some store items cannot be purchased.
I am experiencing an issue when trying to make purchases in FC Mobile on iOS.
Every time I try to buy certain items in the in-game store, I receive the following error message:
“Purchase Failed. Please sign in to your app store account and try again.”
Support Code: 20005
I have already tried the following:
- Signed out and back into the App Store.
- Signed out and back into Game Center.
- Restarted my iPhone.
- Reinstalled FC Mobile.
- Changed App Store region and switched it back.
- Added funds to my Apple ID balance.
- Successfully completed other purchases before, so my payment method is working.
- No pending transactions appear in my Apple purchase history.
The issue still persists and I am unable to purchase some items in the store.
