Missing reward - Winter 8 Pack

I've had this issue too, I opened all packs this morning and got 91 saka no 92-95 player, they were advertising only 1 of each reward will be given and the only reason I opened them packs was for that 92-95 player. EA have been atrocious to get in contact with and finally someone has asked me for my user ID after loads of automated messages, hopefully will be sorted and for everyone else experiencing this. They try every trick in the book to be non contactable which is so frustrating, something like this needs sorting though as people have spent their gems and hard working money on them
