Same here, contacted customer support and they direct me to here instead. Now where do I need to go?

I've been dealing with this for about a week now and getting absolutely nowhere, they domt want to seem to sort it out. I've got I'm contact so many times and all they are saying is they are looking into the matter... it shouldn't be hard especially now theyve had my user ID so surely it's something that should be a quick fix. If they dont sort it I'm leaving this game, daylight robbery imho

Did anyone get this issue sorted or are they still non the wiser as to what's going on? Feeling pretty mugged off after spending my own money on this game, this has been a sign to never put money on this game again. EA please sort this out fast

It's been awhile, isn't this misleading or manipulating consumer? As they have been neglecting us in the changes / error
