So basically I have been told by customer service that this is not usually something that happens and the game is running as intended (basically claiming I'm a liar) I've contacted them so many times and all the relevant proof but they keep sending me links to the forum and for pack probabilities...? And now they are doing that again after being in contact with me! That's clearly not the issue the we have. Theres been no dialogue anywhere from anyone who works for EA about this issue. Never spend your money on this game if this is the way you are treated. It's been almost 2 weeks and yet they have done nothing about it which says it all really.
@jakerobbo_51 Customer support can assist with generic account issues - this appears to be an intermittent bug that has not impacted everyone who opened the pack - the dev team is aware and is looking into it, but given that it has been Christmas/New Year period where the dev team resides they have not been at full capacity.
I expect that it will be addressed in the coming weeks, but if it is in intermittent bug, rather than one that impacted everyone who opened the pack, then it will take them a little bit of time to investigate.

Now WW last group player is out, player's price from original box rewards is keep dropping, still nothing from EA.
