Pavlidis is in my player list but i cannot exchange him in the Star signings

I post my ticket here cuz the support team is really pitiful and incompetent!!

I received Pavlidis (116) I can find him in my player list (see screenshot 1). Additionally, he is NOT locked and NOT present in any of my lineups.

When I go to the Star Signings and try to exchange him, he is not present in the list, I am not talking about disabled! He is just NOT in the list...

Can somebody explain why?!?

And don't ask me to reinstall the game or such bullsh*t. I have reinstalled the game on my new phone and I still have the issue!
