Missing reward - Winter 8 Pack

I'm thinking the same I've played this game for 6 years and never encountered anything like this, the way they deal with it is appalling. They actually used to deal with things quickly when you had any problems, now theyve made it near impossible to get in contact with them. Waste of money and effort and they could not care less. I think they hope we forget about it, feeling so mugged off right now. False advertising at its finest. I await someone with some decency to sort it out.
