Missing TOTS MVP Reward Player

Hello EA Support,

I am reporting a bug regarding the TOTS Serie A MVP event in FC Mobile.

I selected and claimed the 119 OVR LB Dimarco reward from the “Support Your MVP” section. After claiming the reward, the player did not appear in my club. The claim button disappeared, indicating that the reward was already claimed, but the player is missing from my inventory.

I have checked my starting lineup, reserves, and player inventory, and Dimarco is not there. I also restarted the game, but the player is still missing.

Please investigate this issue and restore the missing player to my account.
