Missing Tradeability Status: Michael Olise Card Issue

Subject: Technical Issue: Purchased Michael Olise became Untradeable

Message:

"Hello EA Support Team,

I am reporting a technical issue with my Michael Olise card. This is the first and only time I have owned this player; I purchased the tradeable version from the Market.

After performing a Rank Up, the card suddenly became Untradeable and I cannot list it for sale. Since I do not own any other versions of Olise (Untradeable or otherwise), this is clearly a system error.

Please review my account transactions and restore the card’s tradeable status.

    You sure you didn't activate it in the badge section. If you haven't owned that card before then in the badge section it should be dimmed & if it's lit up then you might have activated it.

    I mean look at this. My olise card is dimmed cuz I never got it whereas Maldini is lit up as I got Maldini.

    And if it's tradable it will show "Activable" where 100 EXP is written and if you activate it, the card is going to become untradable.
