Mobile/Web App: Servers unavailable after switching to PS5

Dear support,

I used to play previous editions on Xbox. This year I played trial on Xbox, but I bought Ultimate Edition on PlayStation, After login to my mobile app I had an option to switch from Xbox to PlayStation and immediately after I switched, I lost access to the app (iPhone or iPad). I can’t login anymore. The error shows server error, but it seems to be related with me switching to PlayStation. The same via web app (any browser). It last for at least 14 hours. 
Please assist.
