Money not refunded!!!
I paid 39 Rs. for a player and 5 draft vouchers, the money has been deducted I haven't received the rewards yet, this is unacceptable. When will I be receiving the refund?

If you want a refund you'll need to reach out to the storefront where you bought your items, which in this case I'm guessing is Google Play. They'll be able to look into that for you, as our advisors can only help with purchases made directly through the EA app.
But if you want the items, it can take up to 24 hours for your purchase to finish processing. I'd wait in case they show up by themselves, and if you still don't have them I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team via the in-game help option.
