Movement and AI too unrealistic

Let's start with the movement, the movement in this game is unrealistic, it's robotic and it does not act like human. While I understand that it's still AI but the plan is to make this game as realistic as possible but they seem to fail in this aspect. For example, when an opposing player does skill move to your player, instead of your player chasing the player back as fast as they could, they stand there and take 3 business days to rethink their decision then chase them back. It gets very annoying as it mostly leads to stupid goals. Next, the AI. The AI of this game needs to be updated. It's like playing football with a team full of inexperienced players. Team players should make runs that could give options for players to give better passes instead of them just standing on the field doing nothing. 

EA, I really love your game, it cures my boredom and stress. But please, having these problems can ruin the experience of not just me but also other players. I'm looking forward to your response and updates.
