Multi-Touch Failure: Analog Input Stops When Sprint Button is Pressed
Hello EA team and fellow players,
I am experiencing a severe and consistent issue with the in-game controls related to multi-touch input, which makes the game almost unplayable.
1. The Problem (What is happening?) When I am actively moving my player using the virtual Analog Stick (left thumb), and then attempt to use a second input like the Sprint button or an Action button (right thumb), the game fails to register one of the inputs.
Specifically: If I hold the Analog Stick to move, and then press Sprint, the player immediately stops moving, and the Analog input is ignored.
If I am holding the Sprint button and then attempt to use the Analog Stick, the player either doesn't move or only registers the movement momentarily before stopping.
This issue is occurring on the following device:
Device Model: Samsung Galaxy A15
Android Version: 16
I have already tried the following common fixes, but the problem persists:
Cleared the FC Mobile app's cache.
Ensured the game and my phone's software are fully updated.
Adjusted the size and position of the virtual controls in the game settings.
Please look into this issue as it seems to be a conflict with the game's multi-touch recognition on this device.
Thank you for your time and help.
