Multiple issues - yeremy pino OVR upgrade and exchange lineup bug

Hello EA FC Mobile Support,

 

I am experiencing two issues in FC Mobile that I would like you to investigate.

 

1. Yeremy Pino OVR Upgrade Issue

 

Yeremy Pino’s OVR is not increasing as expected after completing the required matches/results in the event. I have noticed that his OVR remains unchanged even after the match results that should contribute to his upgrade.

 

Please check whether this is a bug with his OVR upgrade system and make sure the correct upgrade is applied.

 

2. Players Incorrectly Showing as “In Lineup”

 

Some of my players, including Konaté, Idzes, Rashford, and De Jong, are currently not in my active lineup, but when I try to use them in an Exchange through Shardss, the game shows them as “In Lineup” and does not allow me to exchange them.

 

I have checked my lineup and these players are not being used there. Please investigate this issue and fix the incorrect lineup detection.

 

I would appreciate it if you could investigate both issues and provide a solution.

    The 2nd one could be related to the gauntlet mode. I also experienced the same, but  after checking i discovered those players were still in my gauntlet line up, so yeah remove them and you can exchange them. 👍
