Hellow there everyone my account got banned bcs of what i think was my VPN that i had on by accident cuz this morning i had no problems etc and could play and then i played again with my vpn on by accident and now my account is banned and at the penalty or case page there is nothing to be seen also never recieved any email what so ever am i cooked or wat?

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that.
If the game is showing the account as banned, but nothing is appearing in Penalty History, and you haven’t received an email, the first thing worth checking is whether you’re signed into the correct EA Account.
If it still doesn’t show there, you could also try submitting the issue through this webform and explaining exactly what happened.
Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.
Sorry again you’re in this situation.
Ive already did that and its the correct one but they still haven’t replied and is it possible that i got the ban because of the VPN i had on by accident ?
