My account have not exchange of live ovr

Subject: Live OVR Exchange Missing

Hello EA Support,

My FC Mobile account does not show the Live OVR Exchange in the World's Game event. I can only see the Live OVR information page with player conditions. Because of this, I cannot complete the "Top Scout" quest (Exchange for 1 Player in the Live OVR chapter). I have already updated the game and restarted it. Please check my account and help restore the missing Live OVR Exchange.
